About event documentation.
How much does event documentation cost?
It depends on the length of the event, how many operators are needed, and which deliverables you want. A one-day event with a single photographer is very different from a three-day exhibition with a full photo and video team. We quote after seeing your rundown.
How soon do we get the files?
Curated photos for quick publishing can be delivered within 24–48 hours. The complete set usually takes 5–7 working days, and highlight videos 7–14 working days depending on how complex the edit is.
Do you cover events outside Jakarta?
Yes. We work across Indonesia and travel regularly for events outside Greater Jakarta. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and stated openly up front.
How is this different from hiring a regular photographer?
Corporate event documentation demands rundown awareness, sensitivity to protocol moments, and the discipline to produce images that hold up in official reports and press releases. That is a different skill from general photography.
